On 06.10.2022 at 11 a.m., the 15th lecture of the Living Lab lecture series took place. In this talk, Philippe Krajsic from Leipzig University talked about Artificial Intelligence in Process Mining.
Process mining is an emerging discipline providing comprehensive sets of tools to provide fact-based insights and to support business process improvements. This new discipline builds on process model-driven approaches and data-centric analysis methods. Through AI-based technologies, the analytical accuracy of process mining activities can be increased, enabling us to better understand complex process structures and gain better insight into end-to-end processes.
